Consulting: Consulting consists of providing expertise and advice in the areas of network needs and design and technology implementation management. Other services include grant writing and distance education implementation.
Technical Support: Zimco provides technical support and network planning to ensure minimum down time with any network system. Technical support includes optimizing network performance; network planning and/or redesign; troubleshooting; network and software upgrades; security management; and annual cleaning and maintenance of file server systems. Currently a staffed Call Center is in place. The Call Center provides support to Zimco clients and to ISP customers. Currently support hours are five days a week from 8am-11pm, along with Saturday and Sunday hours.
Training: After implementation of the network and related software, Zimco provides its customers with high-quality, customized, user-friendly training to ensure the user has a good understanding of the system. Most technology trainers make the user feel intimidated by technology and therefore uncomfortable when using technology. Training is the most critical element to the successful implementation of new technology. In today’s rapidly changing technology environment, school administrators find it difficult to provide the expertise needed to maximize the funds spent on technology. Users have been very receptive to the unique style of training modules used by Zimco. Giving schools and businesses a greater return on their training investment.
